Social Be was built on a simple belief: when people feel genuinely heard and valued, everything changes. Careers accelerate, teams thrive, and relationships deepen. We exist to make that kind of communication accessible to everyone.
Founder & Lead Trainer, Social Be
Nikita's journey into communication training began with a question she kept encountering in every workplace she observed: why do talented, hardworking people struggle to be heard?
Working closely with students and young professionals, she noticed a consistent pattern — colleges were preparing people for exams, but not for the conversations that actually shape careers. The ability to speak up in a meeting, navigate a difficult colleague, present an idea with confidence, or simply connect with someone different from you — these were skills nobody was formally teaching.
She also saw the same gap on the other side: experienced executives who had risen through technical expertise but found themselves stuck when it came to leading teams, managing conflict, or communicating vision. Communication was always the last thing people focused on — and often the first thing that held them back.
Nikita designed Social Be's curriculum to bridge exactly that gap — for students stepping into their first roles, for young professionals navigating the corporate world, and for seasoned executives who want to lead with greater clarity and empathy. Every programme is built around one conviction: understanding yourself and understanding others is the foundation of every meaningful professional relationship.
Communication was always the last thing people focused on — and often the first thing that held them back.
Our programmes integrate time-tested principles of human relations with the Japanese philosophy of Ikigai — the art of finding purpose at the intersection of what you love, what you're good at, what the world needs, and what you can be valued for. Together, these frameworks form the foundation of everything we teach: communication that is purposeful, empathetic, and genuinely effective.
Most communication training teaches scripts. We teach understanding. When you know why you communicate the way you do — and why others respond the way they do — every conversation becomes an opportunity rather than a challenge. That shift is what our programmes are designed to create.
Great communication starts with genuine curiosity about the other person — not performance, not scripts. We teach people to listen first and speak with intention.
Ikigai reminds us that lasting motivation comes from within. We help people connect their communication growth to a deeper sense of purpose and direction.
Understanding yourself and others is the foundation of great communication. We put EQ at the heart of everything we teach — because empathy is a skill, not a trait.
Confidence is not about being loud — it's about being clear and grounded. We give people the tools and experience to communicate with genuine self-assurance.
Communication is not a destination. We instil a growth mindset that keeps people developing long after the programme ends — because the best communicators never stop learning.
